Must-do self-care items for musicians:
- Get enough sleep
- Drink enough water
- Meditate or practice breathing exercises
- Move your body for 30 minutes/day
- Cook and eat healthy foods
- Say NO to others so you can say YES to yourself
- Go outside
- Schedule self-care time daily
