What is self care? Taking care of yourself! 

Must-do self-care items for musicians:

  1. Get enough sleep
  2. Drink enough water
  3. Meditate or practice breathing exercises
  4. Move your body for 30 minutes/day
  5. Cook and eat healthy foods
  6. Say NO to others so you can say YES to yourself
  7. Go outside
  8. Schedule self-care time daily
